HRSC competes in several galas each year, at various different levels.  When a gala is approaching a Team Sheet will be pinned up on the club notice board at Houghton Regis.  Please make sure that you check the notice board regularly for this, or indeed for any other important information.  If your name is listed on a Team Sheet, please make sure that you tick your name as soon as possible to indicate that you are able to go to the gala.  If you are unable to go to the gala, please indicate this on the Team Sheet as well.  If names are left unmarked, the Team Manager does not know which swimmers are available for the galas.  Finding any necessary replacements then becomes extremely difficult.  Consequently, the changes of the whole team’s success are jeopardised – so please mark you name off as soon as you can!

The Team Sheet will have details of the date, time and location of the gala.  Make a note of these, so that you can ensure that you are on poolside at the right place and time!  If you need a map showing how to get to the gala location, just ask a club official who will do their utmost to help.
