About Us
Houghton Regis Swimming Club is a friendly and well-established local club. Whilst we may not be as large as some other swimming clubs, we like to think that we more than compensate for this with our determination, enthusiasm and commitment! The majority of our training sessions are held at Houghton Regis Leisure Centre, but we also use Lewsey Park Pool. We currently run eight training sessions each week, on Monday evenings, Tuesday evenings, Thursday evenings, Saturday mornings and Sunday afternoons. These training sessions vary in the age and ability at which they are aimed. Coaches monitor the progress of all our swimmers, to ensure that they are each in the training session(s) which is most appropriate for them.
